The older I get, the more I realize how stupid it is to be, try to be, or think you are the smartest person in the room. Now comes a bit of empirical proof.
Here's a short audio op-ed from social psychologist Robert Cialdini, co-author of the outstanding new book Yes!: 50 Scientifically Proven Ways to Be Persuasive, about the dangers of having too much faith (real or delusional) in one's own intelligence.
"If you're the brightest person in the room," James Watson, who (along with Francis Crick) discovered the structure of DNA, "then you're in trouble."

Lacking any other contact method for you or your publisher, I'll air my complaint here on the blog.
My complaint is about the amazon kindle version of the book, specifically the preview. It only includes 1 page!! Now, I find this ridiculous, compared to the amount of sample pages here on your website. The reason this is sorely inadequate is not primarily an function of "is this something I want to purchase and read" (though that's important too), it's a purely technical reason.
How in the heck am I suppose to know if the drawings look good and I can read the text? I'm very dubious about the legibility of the kindle version, so I'd respectfully request that you contact your publisher and have them include at least a half a dozen pages in the preview.
Thanks!
